By downloading, installing, or using Scout Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Scout Pro is a professional location scouting application for filmmakers. The App allows users to organize locations, capture and annotate photos, record audio notes, and generate PDF scout reports. The App is available as a free download with optional Pro features available via in-app purchase.
Certain features of Scout Pro require an active Pro subscription ("Pro Features"), available on a monthly or annual basis. Pro Features include but are not limited to:
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. All subscription billing is processed through Apple's App Store and governed by Apple's terms of service.
All photos, audio recordings, notes, and data you create within Scout Pro ("User Content") remain your property. We do not access, collect, or transmit your User Content. All data is stored locally on your device.

Scout Pro, including its design, code, branding, and all related materials, is the intellectual property of AioDeck. All rights reserved. The App name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of AioDeck.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from use of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AioDeck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
